The training of the organization’s user can start immediately by request when the system has been handed over. The following courses will typically take place systematically based on the progress. The basic user course can be held at any time, the intermediate a couple of weeks after this, and the super user course after this. Following this plan is recommended as the courses will assume that the users attending know the basics.

Basic user course

  • System structure
  • Walkthrough and general use of the standard modules
  • Standard SharePoint operations

Intermediate user course

  • Document handling
  • Using the QA-system
  • More advanced uses of the standard modules
  • Using additional modules and/or customizations deployed for the customer

Super user course

  • User administration
  • Deeper understanding of SharePoint and the site hierarchy
  • Administer and create site content
  • Administer links
